Brenda Schafer - Board President

Retired director and consultant with McDonald’s Corporation. She serves as Chair of the Urban Ministries of Wake County Board of Directors. Her leadership is grounded in hands-on service, beginning in 2010 as an intake volunteer at the Open Door Clinic and including more than 1,000 volunteer hours with the Food Pantry. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Triangle and is a Stephen Ministry Leader at Saint Francis United Methodist Church in Cary.
