About Prescription Assistance

Clients who are eligible can receive assistance in paying for their prescription medications.

Clients are eligible for prescription assistance once every four months.

Requirements

  • Current Photo ID with full name and date of birth
  • Proof of Wake County Address
  • Acceptable form of ID for all family members to receive benefits
  • Documentation of Income/Expenses for household
  • Written prescription or bottle with prescription medication
  • Hours

    Monday-Friday 9 am-12:30 pm
