Owner and Chef Jake Wolf of Capital Club 16 comes from a family of chefs. Chef Jake has worked in restaurants from Atlanta, Telluride, Germany, Boston, and most recently, New York City, in addition to owning Capital Club 16 with his wife. Chef Jake also won the People’s Choice vote in last year’s Stone Soup Supper! We’re ready for more!

Chef Mike Bickel comes to the competition from Carolina Ale House, which spans across seven states in the South East, so you’ll know you’ll be in for a regional treat!


12. You’ll Have a Meal Fit for a President

What hasn’t Chef Eddie Wilson been involved in? With a career ranging from Golden Corral to NC State, to The Chef’s Academy, Chef Eddie has prepared meals for Premier Gorbachev, President Bush, and Former Presidents Bush, Clinton and Ford, and for large groups in the PGA, Indy Racing League, and both National Political Conventions! Expect a food coma in your future!

Chef Miguel Cuevas of Totopos will take you on a journey through Mexico City—with a flair for culture, you can guarantee your taste buds will be in for soup-eriorness!

Stone Soup Supper will be held at the McKimmon Center on Wednesday, November 16 from 5:30pm-8:30pm. Entry is $25 for adults, which includes unlimited bowls of soup from 13 top Triangle chefs and one piece of hand-crafted pottery. Children’s tickets are $5 and include unlimited soup (no pottery).
