Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. by appointment only
Medication refills: Monday 1-4 and 6-8; Tuesday 10-12 and 6-8; and Wednesday and Thursday 10-12, 1-4 and 6-8
Additional Information:
As of October 1, 2010 a patient fee of $10 is expected at the time of each medical visit. This fee does not apply to ancillary services or prescription medications. Those continue to be provided free of charge.

To Become a Patient:
Call 919-832-0820 between 5-7 pm on Sundays. Please listen carefully to the prompts and leave a message on the new patient eligibility line. The first 10 persons who leave a message each Sunday with their full name, date of birth, valid telephone with number, and best time to call will receive a call back by Wednesday to schedule an eligibility appointment.
