Job Description

  • Determine whether patients are eligible for clinic services through one –on-one confidential interviews conducted in Spanish or English.

  • Complete eligibility interview
  • Fill out eligibility application
  • Obtain confidential information and income documentation to determine eligibility

Training Required

  • Volunteer orientation
    • RSVP registration
  • Two part training session
  • One shadowing session

Days and Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Thursday
    • 9:00am – 1:00pm
    • 1:00pm – 4:00pm
    • 5:00pm- 8:00pm
