Honoring friends and family

Urban Ministries can help you honor friends and family in a meaningful way throughout the year.  For religious celebrations, birthdays, Mother’s and Father’s Days, Teacher Appreciation Week, Administrative Professional’s Day – any day. Simply send your check (or donate online) to Urban Ministries and include the name of your honoree.  We will send a gift card in your name.  Questions?  Contact Danita Morgan at 919.256.2172 or dmorgan@urbanmin.org.

Matching Gifts

Many companies provide matching gift programs, doubling or tripling an employee’s contribution to Urban Ministries. Check with your company’s human resources department to determine its matching gift policy. Matching gift employers will provide a form to complete and send to Urban Ministries along with your donation. We will verify your gift and return the form to your company, which then issues a matching gift contribution to Urban Ministries.
